Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Operator

Operator of personal data: sole proprietor (individual entrepreneur) Vorontsov Sergei Aleksandrovich, ОГРНИП 321253600093629, ИНН 250106948321. Contact for personal-data matters: admin@regattalens.pro.

2. What data is processed

• Account: email address, display name, password hash.
• Racer profile: last, first and middle name; date of birth; gender; phone; city or region; sport rank; emergency contact — name and phone.
• Tracking telemetry — under the privacy policy.

The racer profile is filled in voluntarily. By providing an emergency contact you confirm that this person consents to us being given their name and phone.

3. Purposes

• registration and admission of participants to sailing competitions;
• producing start lists and scoring groups (including age and gender divisions and rank accounting);
• contacting the participant about the competition;
• on-water safety (the emergency contact);
• passing entry data to the yacht club organising the competition the participant has entered.

4. Legal basis

Personal data of the racer profile is processed on the basis of the subject's consent (Federal Law No. 152-FZ, art. 6 §1(1)), given by a toggle in the profile. Processing of the account data itself is necessary to perform the terms of use.

5. Storage and protection

Databases are located in the Russian Federation (152-FZ art. 18 §5). Data is transmitted over HTTPS, passwords are stored as hashes, and access is restricted. Profile personal data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted.

6. Disclosure to third parties

Personal data is never sold and never shared for advertising. The service is hosted with a provider located in the Russian Federation. There is no cross-border data transfer. A participant's entry data is available to the yacht club organising the competition the participant has entered.

7. Rights of the subject

• view and correct your data in your account;
• withdraw consent with the “Withdraw consent” button in the profile — racer profile data is erased immediately;
• delete the whole account — see deleting your account;
• contact the operator at admin@regattalens.pro;
• complain to the authorised data-protection body (Roskomnadzor).

8. Changes

The current version is always on this page, with the update date at the top. When the policy changes, consent to the processing of personal data is requested again upon the next profile save.
